Shipping and Delivery
Helena's Boutique currently ships to addresses within the United States only. International orders are not supported at this time. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our logistics partners in Asia.
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) United States delivery: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch (Monday to Friday)
Delivery may occasionally be affected by customs processing or carrier handovers, which are outside of our control.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
